While we love the Big Green Egg, we also recognize that there are a variety of Kamado cooker options on the market. This video made by askthechimneysweep.com and featuring Jerry Isenhour is a great introduction to one of them, the Primo Kamado Grill. The Primo is made in the USA (the Big Green Egg production takes place in Mexico) and is oval in shape, instead of round.
Jerry packs a lot of good information in less than 4 minutes (just the way we like it). And that's no baloney. But, Jerry does like to cook Bologna on his Primo Grill!
