This week we found a very nice video by Jeffrey Saad of making pizza for the Big Green Egg (well making a pizza to cook on the egg; so far as we know the Big Green Egg just cooks them, it doesn't eat them). This has a great primer on getting the most from the crust. And the toppings and sauce look very yummy, too.
